Fixes KAFKA-21182. (similar PR #22015 has been merged for `ConsumerGroupDescribe`.) Include tasks pending revocation in each member’s current assignment returned by `StreamsGroupDescribe`. These tasks remain the member’s responsibility until their release is acknowledged, but were previously omitted from the response.
