Six of the 14 cases in SuppressionIntegrationTest take 42 to 46 seconds each. Each test method uses a fixed application id, so the withHeaders=false and withHeaders=true runs share one consumer group, and the second run waits until the previous member's session times out. shouldUseDefaultSerdes also reused the "-shouldInheritSerdes" test id, so it shared a group and topics with shouldInheritSerdes. The two shouldShutdownWhen... tests were not affected, because their members send a LeaveGroup when the stream thread fails. This uses safeUniqueTestName(testInfo) for the test id, as #23594 did for FineGrainedAutoResetIntegrationTest, so every run gets its own application id and topics. The changelog topic names checked in shouldAllowOverridingChangelogConfig and shouldCreateChangelogByDefault were hard-coded with the old application id, so they are now built from the application id.
