The describe --topology command in StreamsGroupCommand already handles the ERROR topology description status correctly, returning a non-zero exit code and printing a message pointing to the broker logs. This path was not covered by a test, unlike the AVAILABLE and NOT_STORED statuses which already have dedicated tests in StreamsGroupCommandTest.
