I just noticed that {{RemoteLogMetadataFormatter}} is located in the
{{storage}} module rather than the {{tools}} module. If we plan to showcase
these formatters in the documentation, I'm wondering if we need a KIP to
discuss the following items:
# Move {{RemoteLogMetadataFormatter}} to the {{tools}} module with a
backward-compatible approach (e.g., keeping a deprecated alias in
{{{}storage{}}}).
# Clarify/declare whether these internal record formatters (and their FQCNs)
are officially considered Public APIs.
