Fixes KAFKA-21213 Streams custom assignor names are registered unchanged, but `streams.assignor.name` trims configuration values. An assignor named `" regional "` can therefore work as the default while being impossible to select explicitly through group configuration. Reject surrounding whitespace during registration and document the name constraint.
