`PlaintextConsumerCallbackTest` currently covers revocation through `close()`, but lacks partition-loss callbacks, other revocation triggers, and empty assignments. Add coverage across Classic eager, Classic cooperative, and Consumer protocols for: - Revocation through `unsubscribe()`, empty subscriptions, subscription changes, and member joins. - Partition loss following member removal and reassignment after rejoining. - Empty assignments when joining and after previously owning partitions. Verify callback partition sets, counts, and handoff ordering, including the absence of unexpected loss callbacks.
