Consumer assignor inputs share mutable partition sets with the coordinator's target assignment. A custom assignor can modify these sets, silently changing coordinator state and suppressing target assignment change records. Deep-copy assignments in `MemberSubscriptionAndAssignmentImpl` and make the nested sets immutable. Add regression tests for immutability and isolation from source mutations, and update two reassignment tests to accept equivalent valid assignments regardless of iteration order.
