The Java 17 failure is in StreamThreadTest, which this PR doesn't modify. shouldRecoverFromInvalidOffsetExceptionOnRestoreAndFinishRestore[1] failed in tearDown, where taskManager().shutdown(false) threw "Task 0_0 was not found in the state updater". This prevented the subsequent thread.shutdown() call. The following 31 failures were all in the TaskExecutor thread-leak assertion in tearDown, consistent with cleanup being interrupted by the first failure. Java 25 passed on the same commit. I couldn't reproduce the original failure locally on trunk after 80 runs of the test and 14 runs of the class, with and without CPU load. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
