`GetTelemetrySubscriptions` and `PushTelemetry` v1 carry the client instance ID in the request header, but the `ClientTelemetryReporter` needs to set it in the request body since it is before the request version is chosen. The request Builders cleared the v0-only body field at v1 so that serializing the request would not throw. This marks the body field as `ignorable`, so it is dropped when a v1 request is serialized and the Builders no longer need to clear it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
