Fixes KAFKA-21298. When a transaction is aborted during partial task revocation, a retained task may be recreated before its pending offset reset is applied. Losing that reset allows the replacement task to continue from the consumer’s advanced position and commit past records whose outputs were aborted, violating exactly-once semantics. Preserve pending offset resets in TaskManager across task recreation and transfer them to replacement tasks before initialization.
