PlaintextConsumerAssignorsTest uses the ConsumerRebalanceListener when it moved to Java in #23708. This was missed during #23108 port. Migrate it, along with the MockConsumerTest, AsyncKafkaConsumerTest and SubscriptionStateTest cases where the old listener was incidental.
