Adds a NetworkClientTest case reproducing KAFKA-21309, as asked on the dev@ list. A consumer subscribed with SubscriptionPattern sends Metadata requests by the IDs of its assigned topics. When one of those topics is deleted, the broker answers its ID with UNKNOWN_TOPIC_ID and a null name, which the schema allows from v12. DefaultMetadataUpdater.handleSuccessfulResponse calls MetadataResponse.errors(), which reads errors by topic name and throws IllegalStateException on the null name. The test sends a Metadata request by topic ID, answers it with such a row, and expects the response not to throw.
