Sean Quah updated KAFKA-19023:
------------------------------
    Description:
In a couple of places, the coordinator runtime and group coordinator create and
destroy timers, eg. for session timeouts.

When coordinator state is rolled back, these timer operations are not reverted.
It would be nice to have these timers participate in the snapshot mechanism.
