Still current against trunk: it merges cleanly and CI is green. This fixes KAFKA-20237. After an authentication failure the producer drops the InitProducerId request and never sends it again, so the producer never finishes initializing even once the credentials are fixed. With this change the request is re-enqueued after the auth error, and the test changes cover the non-transactional path.
