I investigated more and OpenJDK 17.0.14 was released almost 2 years ago. I think it is fair to advise to update JDK in case someone runs in to the symlinked log.dirs issue, especially because old JDKs can contain security vulnerabilities. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
