`ProcessState` has several methods that only `ProcessStateTest` calls, and `computeLoad` is public although only the class itself calls it. This patch removes `capacity`, `hasCapacity`, `compareTo`, `assignedActiveTasks`, `assignedStandbyTasks` and `assignedTasks`, makes `computeLoad` private, and adapts `ProcessStateTest` to assert through `load`, `assignedActiveTasksByMember`, `assignedStandbyTasksByMember` and `hasTask`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
