The logs of `GroupMetadataManager` use several prefixes for the group
id (`[GroupId {}]`, `[GroupId={}]`, `[Group {}]`), put the group id
inside the sentence, or omit it, which makes the logs of one group
hard to filter.
This patch prefixes every log in the class with `[GroupId {}]`, with
the group id as the first argument, and rephrases the messages that
named the group in the sentence.
