sasl.login.connect.timeout.ms and sasl.login.read.timeout.ms were defined without defaults, and HttpJwtRetriever only applied them when set. KIP-768 specifies 10000 ms for both, so without explicit settings the token endpoint call had no timeout and could hang client creation. Add DEFAULT_SASL_LOGIN_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_MS and DEFAULT_SASL_LOGIN_READ_TIMEOUT_MS (10000), use them as the ConfigDef defaults for clients and brokers, and fall back to them in HttpJwtRetriever for callers that pass a plain config map.
