Add `--mirror-state-decoder` to `kafka-dump-log.sh` for inspecting records from the `__mirror_state` internal topic, as described in [KAFKA-21403](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-21403) and [KIP-1279](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/spaces/KAFKA/pages/406620973/KIP-1279+Cluster+Mirroring). Reuse the coordinator log parser, mirror record serde, and generated JSON converters for mirror partition state and last mirror epoch records. The flag automatically enables record printing and deep iteration, following the existing decoder options. Cover both record types, defaults, tombstones, large offsets, escaped and Unicode error messages, and invalid records with parser tests and CLI tests against temporary log files.
