`StreamsGroup.asDescribedGroup` passes the stored topology fallback to `orElse`, so it converts the stored topology even when the configured topology is ready and used instead. When an expired streams group's tombstones span two batches, the group can be read at an offset where its stored topology is already deleted while its configured topology is still ready, and the eager fallback throws an `IllegalStateException`.
