Store the null indexes in ListDeserializer in a HashSet instead of an ArrayList, so the per-entry null index check in the CONSTANT_SIZE strategy does not scan the whole list. Also reject a record whose declared number of entries is larger than the remaining bytes can hold before reading the entries. Such a record would fail at the end of the stream anyway.
