When a group still has a deleted topic in its assignment, `kafka-consumer-groups.sh --describe` fails with `UnknownTopicOrPartitionException`. With `--all-groups`, this one group makes the whole command fail. The error comes from `filterNoneLeaderPartitions`, which uses `describeTopics(...).allTopicNames()` and fails if any topic does not exist. This PR reads the result per topic, and treats the partitions of a deleted topic as partitions without leader. So the command shows `-` for LOG-END-OFFSET and LAG of the deleted topic, the same as KAFKA-19435 does for partitions without leader. Other topics in the group are not affected. This replaces https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/19029. The fix there no longer works, because after KAFKA-19435 the error happens in `describeTopics` before `listOffsets`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
