I've been trying to implement ReassignmentMaxLag but I have two interpretations
in my mind: the first is the time of the slowest replication and the second is
how far the slowest replication is lagging behind in case of a given partition.
Both seems useful but would you please confirm it?

I'm guessing the first one's that we need (although both seems useful) but
would you please confirm it?
