No. There was an initial discussion about the KIP on the mailing list, but
nobody is driving the KIP discussion atm. For details, check out the KIP itself
and mail archive to catch up on the discussion. Also, feel free to pick up the
KIP if you want to drive the discussion and implement this feature.
