Hi, This is my first time contributing to kafka and would like to work on a newbie JIRA ticket: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-9479.
I'm unsure whether this is the right place to ask but what are the steps I need to follow to assign the ticket to myself(id: jeffkbkim)? I wasn't able to find any information on JIRA ticket assignment :( Thanks! Best, Jeff
