Fixed: added you to the list of contributors. You can now self-assign tickets,
too.
Btw: you can find a list of committers/PMC members on the web-page (it's hidden
under "Community -> Project Info"): [https://kafka.apache.org/committers]
Not sure who would be able to review... If nobody review for a while, feel free
to nag on the dev mailing list...
