However, I am not sure that this is the root cause of the flakiness as described in the ticket since the test was flaky before KIP-811 was merged. But maybe there were multiple causes to the flakiness one of which is fixed with this PR. @cadonna , yes, I agree there could be other issues cause the flakiness. What I tried to do is to make the test much more stable than what we see now. Let's see if it still failed and we can improve it later.
