Hey @showuon I just noticed that the deprecation warning here was in the general `upgrade.html` and not in the Streams `upgrade-guide.html` -- since we are only "deprecating" the eager protocol for Streams, we need to warn users somewhere they'll actually see it and I'm pretty sure most Streams users only read the Streams upgrade guide. Could we move this warning to the `streams/upgrade-guide.html` file instead? I guess we should be vague about which version we'll actually remove support for eager rebalancing in since we missed 3.2 (I dont think we can remove it yet without a note in the actual streams upgrade guide).
