My Settings : blank page when switching language on mysettings page

When you're on "my settings" page, if you switch language to 'fr' for instance
(same with other languages) the central part where the settings should be
displyed is empty (no error, just empty). if you click on the 'mes parametres'
button (my settings button in english) then the page is well displayed. This is
not a major problem but confusing for the user.
