Admin Center: URL, WAI and File integritx check - plz make a blocking or
wanring only kind of checks available for the site admins
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: JAHIA-2926
                 URL: http://www.jahia.org/jira/browse/JAHIA-2926
             Project: Jahia Content Management Server
          Issue Type: Improvement
Components: WAI, URL integrity & HTML checks
    Affects Versions: 5.0 SP4
         Environment: SP4
            Reporter: Stephane Croisier
            Assignee: Xavier Lawrence
             Fix For: 5.0 SP5

More and more clearly the difference is quite confused between blocking errors,
errors which could be bypassed by a RWA users or alerts.

It would be better to have a more detailled dashboard in the admin center in
order to more precisely indicate what is a blocking error or what is only
"alerts" which could by bypassed. Perhaps we could also add some roles in order
to tell which group of users could bypass such warnings (by categories of
warnings) and which users need to stick to the standards.

For instance this is currently not clear if the "URL integrity" checks are also
concerning "File integrity checks" or not; Or if they also concern ACL checks
or only deleted pages which are linked from another big text.

This certainly cause with another improvement which would consist in a new "URL
integrity" Toolbar in order to directly list and retreive all integrity errors
on a given page (and not only through opening manually all engines AND going to
all big texts fields).

This cause also with a new "Integrity checks" in the Admin Center in order to
launch a full site integrity check in order to have a global integrity reports
for all errors... or to plan cron in order to automatically send notification
every day or every weeks with all warnings and alerts... so that a site admin
could more rapidly detect all broken links.
