SP4: Cron is not replicating url_keys or TBP modifications

I have a first site with three sections:
- Page 1 (validated) with an url_key
- Page 2 (not validated - sstaging only - with an url_key)
- Page 1 (linked copie of the first section)
+ a cron on a second site (cron with root user - all options of the cron
activated) which is in no workflow mode
I validated step by step my site. So firstly my first page (and I was waiting
fro a cron which is fired every 5 minutes). Then I put some url_key and I was
waiting for the cron. Then I did a linked copy and I was waiting for next cron.
Etc...
I put and modified several times the time based publishing settings (on parent
container of "Page1 section) in order to test the TBP on the linked copy. This
looks like correctly replciated. However my cron is not replicating at all both
changes regarding my new url_keys (for the Page1 section or for the linked
copy) or any TBP settings
