Workflow icon issue on a mutilanguague page (English mandatory)

I changed the type of a workflow of a page (with two lang en/fr, en mandatory)
to no workflow, I had a usual green no-workflow icon near the page and also its
sub pages even near the one that was available only in French, so it seem this
subpage is also published as it's green but in live mode we don't have it (that
is the correct behavior), could we have a similar red icon as for the other
type of workflow which shows the object is not published yet?
