When you upload or unzip a large file in the filemanager, the operation can
take a lot of time. During this operation, the popup of the engine remains
opened and the work in progress layout is active. The user has no way of
knowing if everything is going well and how much more time this will take.
INSEE proposes to add a systematic message telling the user that the operation
can take a lot of time
Ideally, they would like to have a progress bar showing the user the progress
of the overall operation
