Extend valid URL key checks

I typed "hello" as URL key, but suddenly I cannot access my page anymore
(unless I modify the URL and enter the pid/### section instead of the URL key),
because "hello" is mapped to a HelloWorld Engine in Jahia. So perhaps we should
extend the checks of valid URL keys not only to prevent duplicate keys, but
also to keywords, which are already mapped to other Struts actions (use a
Struts API, as customers may extend the list of Struts actions). Or we should
find another way to use URL keys, which does not interfere with Struts actions
mapping.
