Generated urls should keep /cache/off when naviguating. /cache/offonce and
/cache/bypass should not.
HTML cache: ok
Container cache: bypass and offonce : ok (std urls), pb with cache/off (std
urls instead of /cache/off urls)
Cache should be updated with offonce, and should not be with bypass and off
HTML cache: ok
Container cache: offonce ok (cache updated), off ok (cache not updated), pb
with bypass (cache is updated whereas it should not be)
