Edition engine / categories selection: delete button does not work

In edition engine, I try to select/unselect a category using the simple search
area. Unselection does not work.
In addition, I do not find those add/delete buttons very user friendly. For
mine, it lets think that we can create a subcategory. I think select/unselect
would be more comprehensive.
