Andromeda, issu on opening the file from File Manager

Tried to open a pdf from File Manager by double clicking on it, a popup windows
is open to confirm that the file is ready to be download , click on ok button,
nothing happens..
For being able to open my file I should click on the file name in this popup
engine,..not really a clear way for end user.
