Missing features with page fields

Since changing to the CND file for content definition, I couldn't find the
following features, which worked in Jahia 4 and 5:
* Limit template selection to a list of possible templates per field
* Define whether page moving should be available or not ("move" keyword)
* In Jahia 4 and 5 it is also possible to define a PageSelection filter, which
controls which pages are displayed in the page picker and which are selectable.
For instance on default, when limited templates are defined, only pages based
on those templates may be moved ot linked to.
