other languages

When using the "Testing" template, initialising the page link in a given
language doesn't automatically propagate to the other language versions of the
same link, although it is *ALWAYS* the same target page, in the specific
language version.
Traversing the different language versions, to display the language specific
editing interface for the page link, sets the link correctly, except in the
first language of the site, where the additional URL language path information
"lang/xx" is missing (language-specific page key is correct).
