Resolution: Fixed
1) For making a template not visible for the editors, the 'visible' attribute
can be used on the <template/> element:
<template name="FAQ" display-name="template.name.faq"
filename="faq.jsp" page-type="core_templates:faq" visible="false"/>
For completely removing a template the <template/> element needs to be deleted
2) Resolution: tab "Rights" is focused now by default when opening Template
