It is currently possible to send "empty batch" to the processing server. This
should not be possible. There should be at least one item to validate (or
notify) in the batch (with all the integrity checks).
Else this fires an events, launches a "please refresh" action + pop-up and
finally list this batch as being "successful" in the pdisplay (while nothing
was validated at all).
