When adding a new category, the category tree is refreshed and reopended at the
root level. So the end-user needs to fully reopen all the sub-sub-sub
categories in order to see if the category was correctly created. Please
refresh the category tree while reopening either the parent folder + direct
children opened (so you can see your newly created category while being able to
directly add new sister category).
Check with Romain in order to have a general understandable behvaiour in term
of reopening the tri-panel left tree correctly (on a per component basis - so
the category picker tree for one given user should be the same than the admin
category panel) and by having a correct behaviour when adding, moving, copying,
deleting, etc... objet in the tree.
