FCK: Page picker: Missing information + not the right site is opened

I am trying to use the FCK embedded Jahia page picker. I have 4 sites in
different languages.
When accessing from virtual site 3, this opens by default my first virtual
sitemap! Quite strange.
Moreover I have no clear indication of the status of the page (staging or
live). So a column "Workflow state" is missing.
Pages which have not been translated yet appears like "empty" page without any
title. This is not possible to switch to another language in order to refresh
the pagepicker or to display the name of the page in other language. The
behviour is not the same as in the category picker for instance (where category
whcih are not available in the current language are displaying the titles
present in other languages). We should try to be consistent troughout all the
UI picker in term of multilanguage options.
Finally the pop-up is not resized when you have a large sitempa and you want to
expand it (cf screenshot).
So I think we need a kinf of "toolbars" for such picker similar to the file
picker. By default only the current virtual site would be listed (most common
case for cross-links). Within the toolbars there would be a site selector (cf
existing toolbar). There would also be some language switcher in order to
refresh the current displayed sitemap. Warning: we should try to keep the
current tree as it is currently opens. This is really boring to have to reopen
your all sitempa each time you make a refresh. Finally we would need some
workflow state column (perhaps per language such as in the workflow engine).
This is important to know if the page is in staging only as this will then
raise some integrity checks errors. If there is no title in the current lang,
we should display other language similar to the category picker.
