Yes I had the same behaviour. After install you fall back right now directly in
the Admin Center. The second part of the confog wizard strangely disappear
somewhere (where?). Moreover when tryint to create your first virutal site the
very first time, the ADd new virtual site wizard looks like not working and you
have to restart a second time.
As I did not reinstalled Jahia today I could not confirm my first experience.
But it looks like the same
