Added some missing images referenced in CSS.
The problem with the highlighting though seems to be a ContainerCache problem
now, as the css class "inpath" is added to the items in the currentpage path.
Unfortunately wrong items have the inpath class as they seem to come from the
cache. This all is done inside the navigation-menu tag, so I'm passing the
issue to Cedric as he is the cache expert.
