Virtual site creation: Clicking on "previous step" from Step 2 of site creation
goes back to Step 0 ("Import One or more virtual sites")

When creating a new virtual site, if once I have entered the basic new site
information and clicked next step, I get to the Admin user creation.
If I press the "back to previous step", I go back to screen 0 ("Import One or
more virtual sites"), not the screen with the basic site information.
