Create two virtual sites. Create a user "john" on first site. Create a second
user "John" on second site (you just need to type john in the username and ok,
this is enough). Then you have a nice warning mes and action url in order to
share and reuse such an existing user onto the second virtual site. This works
fine but the usability could be a bit improved I think.
Finally, once you have your shared "John" user instance on the second site, you
could not remove it from this virutal site only. If you try to delete your
"john" instance, this removes John from all virtual sites. So it could be quite
nice to have an option (alert box) which is asking the user if he want to
remove the current instance or the user John in general).
