After exception not able to delete a page

I tried to move a page and got an exception due to another bug. Now the problem
is that I am not able anymore to delete the "half-deleted" pages from the
system. In the navigation menu, I can just see entries with "n.d.", but I
cannot click on it and there is no icon next to it, to delete the container. I
assume that the page is not existing anymore, but there is still a container
here. So please add an action menu to either be able to remove the container or
to update the page field of the menu.
