ACL integrity check: not working

I turn on the URL integrity check.
Fomr one page with a main_content I made a cross-ref in a big text to another
page.
I published the first page. This first page is visible by guest.
Then I modified the ACL of the cross-referenced page (leading to a 403 error
for guest on the first published page). No error or warnings in the ACL engine.
