There are lots of "link_only" field in the community template. If you only
enter a title and do not select any internal or remote link, this should
automatically select the "no link" option. However when switching to "no link"
this removes the title. So this is not possible to have no link BUT with a
title. So finally you have some empty cnt in edit mode
